Delivery, Postage and Handling
We post to Australia Wide where covered by Australia Post. But sorry we might not be able to ship to NT, WT and TAS. Our standard delivery method is Australiapost. Local Courier is also available for quick delivery. ( Melbourne customer only)

We will aim to dispatch your order on the NEXT business day**.
( 2nd business day for special order)
* We dispatch on Mondays to Fridays except National public and Victorian holidays.
* For next day dispatch, orders must be made by 17:00 (Australian Eastern Time), but of course, we will try our best to send your order out ASAP.
* Guaranteed same week dispatch will close on Thursday 17:00

Wrapping & Message
We always wrap our flowers as gifts. We believe our packaging is nice enough as a gift for you / your precious person.
If you would like to add a message with the flower, we are happy to send it together with the flowers. Please mention this with your order.
As a lot of customer purchase our flowers as gifts, we won't send a copy of the invoice.Please keep your confirmation email as your invoice.
A lot of care is taken before goods are sent out. But if it has been damaged by the delivery service, please get in contact with us within 24 hours of delivery. We will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery service and will replace it or try to look for the best way what we can do to fix it up. Please take note however that each product design is unique and we may not have the exact design that you have purchased.
Postal Delay / Loss
Australia Post is a reliable form of delivery, but if you do not receive your order within 7 working days after dispatch, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We will be able to track your order and advise where the order is.
Unfortunately, we don't support any international orders at this moment.
After your order, we will send you a confirmation email from one of our customer service representative advising dispatch within 1 business day.
Cancellations will only be accepted before we send the confirmation email.
After you receive the confirmation email, the order will be in work in progress stage and may have already be shipped out. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order once the confirmation email has been sent out.
Customer satisfaction is our key focus.
We are happy to accept the return, but postage will be need to be paid by the customer.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if you are not happy with our item, we are happy to accept your request.
Our product is sensitive and fragile and is packaged in a way that supports the contents of the product. Please do not remove the product from box if you need to return the product. We will be unable to accept and returns once it is out of the original packaging. The product must be in a sellable state and not damaged at all.
We accept Visa, Master and American Express via Stripe. or Paypal. Stripe is a secure payment gateway. Please refer to their website for more information. http://www.stripe.com
